Changing the location of my iTunes ...

Hi,

I'm running Windows 7 in boot camp next to Snow Leopard. As 7 can see mac drives, I decided to link it to my iTunes library on the OS X partition (E:/Users/John/Music/iTunes) but when I click OK, nothing chans in my library... Where am I going wrong? Both OS X and 7 run iTunes v9.0.2.

Any assistance is welcome.
