As of the 9.0.2 update, I've had this issue occur when I play my videos:
The player controls that fade in/out when you hover over them has a bar that lets you seek. This does not work properly.
Seeking through the status window (the one that normally displays song title, artist, etc.), however, works fine.
I haven't tested this on a 32-bit (x86) computer, nor have I tried the other available options for viewing videos in iTunes.
