I just recently had to reinstall itunes
after I drag and dropped my movies bought from itunes back into the library it many copies of some movies until I stopped it because I found it was coping them to another folder and now I have duplicates like Independence Day.m4v and Independence Day1.m4v and I removed the duplicates from itunes but the duplicate files are still taking up hard drive space and windows vista won't let me delete them
a screen pops up saying, "You need to Confirm this operation"
so I click Continue but then it says "Try Again" and that I need permission to perform this action
and I'm the only user of this computer, so ***!
