Since I downloaded itunes 9,I can't play any movies I rent nor am I able to play trailers.I would hear the sounds and the voices but no image at all, just a grey screen. I was suggested to reinstall itunes 9, reinstall quicktime alone, adjust my screen resolution and some other adjustments but nothing seems to be working. Is anybody experiencing a similar problem?
Ps: My hardware is a sony viao and itunes has been working fine until I switch to version 9.
