Hi there, Im new to this discussion site. Picking my way through the support system here has been a nightmare!! I'm hoping someone out there can help me please. I have uploaded a current album that I purchased from a shop, but when I ask for itunes to 'get album artwork' it does not. Itunes offer this album for sale presumably with artwork attached. I have uploaded other albums and got artwork without any problems, so I cant understand why my new one wont. Hope to hear from someone soon xx
