I just recently had to reformat my Sony Vaio laptop. Now that we are adding I Tunes back on (always been on this computer) my son's I pod says he is synced to another library and would we like to delete and what is on his current I pod. When I look at the history on our I Tunes account you can see all of our music we purchased.
We are using the same computer, email and password. We did not create a new account but why are our Ipod's not recognizing this? How do we get our already bought songs back?
