I have come across at various times songs duplicated by iTunes. There will be dozens of albums with two identical tracks listed and they are all duplicated files. I click on them and throw away the duplicated tracks. They are all listed as being added on the same day as the original, and it is maddening that I will come across yet another group of songs which have been duplicated.
Why is this happening and is there a way to stop it?
