Cannot write new review or manage my ...

I just tried to manage an existing review of mine, but the system will not let me sign in to do so. However, I can still access my account page from the store account tab, and still purchase and download music from the store. In addition, I cannot change my nickname or write any new reviews for the same cannot sign in reason.

I researched through the forum if anyone has had this problem before, and it seems that other customers have had this problem in the past, but with no real user fix solution that I could see. I do not see any recent posts about this either.

Is there anyone else currently having this problem out there? Is there a procedure that I could follow to fix the problem, or is this a store problem that their own personnel must fix? Your comments welcome. Thanks.
