Since I upgraded to 9 (which I love) songs with low bass sound muffled/bizarre and prior to installing 9 i never had this problem.
running windows 7 rtm, have realtek sound drive.. is this just a bug?
also I just installed 9 over 8, should I do a clean install? or would that make no difference
