I have home sharing enabled on 2 computers. On Computer 1 I can access Computer 2 but I can not do it the other way around. Both computers show up in the others shared computer bar on the left in the iTunes window. When computer 2 tries to access Computer 1 I get this error:
"The shared library "######" is not responding. (-3259) Check that any firewall software running on either shared computer or this computer has been set to allow communication on port 3689"
I have checked and altered both firewalls and it is definitly set to not be blocked. Any suggestions?
I have tried restarts and such already

We are running Windows XP and computer 1 is a desktop and computer 2 is a laptop.
