Hi, Apologise if this has been discussed but I'm new to this... but I have a very frustrating problem and I need HELP!!!
I have itunes on my Sony Vaio Laptop and up until the turn around April this your I was happy with it.. however from then on it keeps "losing it's memory" - by that I mean I will open it and there will be no music in the library and my playlist will have disappeared - as equally frustrating is the fact that it does not remember the ipods (or iphone) I have linked to it.
Can anyone help? I have tried re-installing etc but nothing seems to help...
