Hi there. This is the first time I have used any sort of forum so I hope someone can help me.
My ITunes is not accessing the ITunes store at all. An error message appears saying that I should check my internet connection. I ran a diognistic and my internet connection was fine, it was just access to the store that was showing a problem.
I went to the help section and followed the instructions and tried to clear my cache as it was suggested to me. I followed the instructions to no avail.
Can someone please help.
