Windows laptop with iTunes 9 Airport ...

Hi,

I have a Vista laptop connected to the LAN and the Internet using a Dlink DIR-655 wireless router.
Now, I'd like to use Apple's Airport to play my iTunes music on my amplifier.

My question is: how do I set this up? Do I need to configure the Airport to use the Dlink router?
Or will my laptop just send the music wireless and directly to the Airport, seperate from my existing WLAN connection with the Dlink?
