Accidentally left wrong feedback? Can I change it?

I bought an item, and I received it yesterday, I checked it out, but obviously not good enough. This morning I gave the seller a 5 star rating, then when I looked at the item again, I noticed it was damaged, (it was clothing) The seam was ripped, and it was missing a piece that was supposed to be sewn on that spot(must have been ripped/cut off?) and this item is supposed to be brand new, so I gave the seller a 5 star rating, and now there is nothing I can do? because they deserve a negative rating. is there any way I can change it? thanks|||Nope! Did you contact the seller to try and make it right?|||Regardless of the feedback you left, you are still protected by Ebay's Buyer Protection. Assuming that you would like to return the item for a refund, contact the Seller and make the request. If the Seller isn't cooperative, file a Significantly Not As Described dispute with Ebay or PayPal.|||Lingerie from China? Trust me, if that cheap stuff didn't fall apart today, it'd fall apart tomorrow. $3.84 incl S&H. However they do encourage you to contact them - "Please e-mail us the item number and the item condition.with the clearly problems"|||It'll cost you more to ship it back than you paid for it. Toss it in the trash and figure it's the cost of a McDonalds Happy Meal and forget it. You get what you pay for~~if you want quality buy Victorias Secret and if it comes damaged you have something to complain about.|||I'm not sure something like that's meant to be worn more than once anyways.
