Seller refuses to send me the correct total
Hi. I've recently bought a basketball card off of a seller, and I've been trying to pay for over a week now, but the seller simply refuses to send me the correct invoice. My offer was for $9.00 dollars INCLUDING shipping, but the seller has sent me an invoice that charges me extra money for shipping. I've contacted the seller several times, but he hasn't sent me the correct total. And to make matters worse the seller actually opened an unpaid item case against me! Unbelievable! What can I do? I need help. Fast.|||On the offer form where you submitted the offer, it states that shipping charges are non-negotiable. This means that you cannot say "including shipping."|||shipping charges are non-negotiable You owe the Seller $9.00 for the card plus the $3.00 US Postal Service First Class Mail Total due Seller is $12.00 Since the original price was $14.95 plus shipping You saved $5.95 You saved almost 40% .Delivery Confirmation is confirmation of delivery, not tracking.|||And to make matters worse the seller actually opened an unpaid item case against me! Unbelievable! I can't understand why the Seller would open an unpaid item dispute just because you haven't paid what you agreed to when you submitted your best offer. Unbelievable! What can I do? Pay the Seller the $12.00 you owe them. .Delivery Confirmation is confirmation of delivery, not tracking.|||teds..., What part of non-negotiable do you not understand?~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ I did not sell you my opinion|||Betcha ted never came back to this thread...|||In the event the OP tedsworld769 does come back to the thread, they need to read about how Best Offers work here Link Notice the item price and S&H are separate. The form you filled out to make your clearly showed the offer amount and separate S&H.
