Wrong product in item listing

I did a BIN for a Febreze Luminaries Kit and Refills- that was the title and the description in her tag. I should have looked closer at the picture, because I was sent coupons for a different product. I was sent what was in the picture, but the item listing says Luminaries Kit and REFILLS- not Kit and Reed Diffusers. I feel misled. It was part my mistake also, as I should have looked closer, but the bottom coupon was a little more difficult to read and her entire page said REFILLS. Did I mess up? Here is the item listing- Link|||link says the listing is gone. if that's so , maybe seller messed up. contact the seller. then if they are as helpfull as you want , then no feedback might be best. if they don't respond or help, then negative feedback and all 1's is what might help them learn.|||Was it this one? I believe the issue is the photo and the description , don't match. OP was sent what was in the photo, not what was stated in the description. There should not be conflicting information in the listing,such as a photo of one product and the description is for an entirely different item.
