SELLER ASKING ME TO PAY SHIPPING AFTER THE FACT
Hi I brought an item from YALLSTORE for $1.99 with free shipping. I paid for the item and thought i was done. The seller later contacted me stating that the item i ordered was defective and they didnt know when they would have the item back in stock. I went to their page and saw that they now had the item listed for $10.99 with 9.99 s/h and that there was more than 10 availabe. I then emailed them with my new found info and they just came out and stated that they didnt want to sell the item for that cheap. I refused a refund because i want the item. I brought it and instantly paid for it. I told them that they just had sellers remorse, and that it wasnt my fault they had the wrong price on the item. They then stated that they would ship the item if i paid $5.00 outside of ebay, or they would "credit" my paypal account $5.00....(like i would trust them to do that). I refused and demanded my item be shipped. They are refusing to do so. Thay have broken some of ebays selling rules, and i would like to know where i stand with this. I DO NOT WANT THE MONEY I WANT THE ITEM I PAID FOR.|||You can't force them to send it to you. You can complain to ebay all day long and all that will happen is that the seller will get a mark against their account. Unless they make a habit of this behavior that mark won't mean a thing against their selling ability. You'd be much further ahead to just accept a refund of your $$ from the seller and look elsewhere for the same item~~making a big stink over it won't get you your item anyway.|||THANKS FOR REPLYING.... You would think they would be more firm with their own rules....|||Allow toohause to be your friend. You may also want to build up your positive FB left. " Ebay can not force the seller to complete the transaction and send you the item. Get your full refund and report the comminication with the seller admitting they refuse to complete the transaction and are requesting more $ Ebay does not allow this. IIf reported it goes on the seller's record. Send the seller's email with full headers here to Ebay and report the Seller's Non Performance. Link This Non Performing Seller report goes on the seller's record. It can impact their ability to sell and their ranking in the search. After you get your full refund, leave appropriate feedback as follows: "Item won, seller refused to complete transaction after payment.Asked for additional $ Beware" This feedback will alert other potential buyers to the seller's tactics and place the seller on Ebay's radar. This is the only recourse you have , in this matter.|||"THANKS FOR REPLYING.... You would think they would be more firm with their own rules...." What would you like Ebay to do, go to the seller's house and get the item for you? They are firm with the rules of Seller non performance and Neg appropriate feedback left by buyers. The reports go on the seller's Ebay record and if it occurs more than 1-2 times, they are sanctioned with lower search standings, loss of discounts and if continued the loss of their priviledges to list/sell items for a perod of time. Read here Link Ebay does punish sellers for not following the rules and poor performance. Get your refund, leave appropriate feedback and move on.|||EBay will not throw you out if you make one mistake as a buyer, and they will not kick a seller out for one mistake either. You are being completely unreasonable.||||||First of all... . Thanks to those who tried to help. For me its a matter of principle.... I already have resolved this issue, so thanks..
