How to return item? (Was sent the wrong thing)

The item I was sent was not what was advertised in the auction. I've never made a return on Ebay and I'm wondering a few things...First, do I send the item back to the seller and THEN get reimbursed? Second, Will I get fully reimbursed for what I paid to ship (including the necessary tracking/insurance)? And last, my purchase was partially funded by my Ebay bucks...Will I get these back? Thanks|||Have you contacted the seller? If it is seller error they should be willing to pay the return ship cost but ebay/pp do not require him to.You will have to return before you are refundedIt may not be your fault but it is your responsibility Silver rule "do not do to others what you would not like to be done to you"|||Yes, I contacted them and they were friendly about accepting a return. Can anyone help about the Ebay bucks?|||Make sure to get online Delivery Confirmation (Signature Confirmation if $250 or more). You will need that information if you end up having to file a Claim. What do you need to know about Ebay Bucks?|||You will get the Ebay Bucks back. From what I understand if the Bucks are still within your 30 day use period, they will expire in the original timeframe. If you are past expiration, you will get an additional 10 days to use them.|||
